Unemployed Muar man nabbed for injuring father, setting house on fire
Muar Man Lands in Hot Soup: Whacks Bapak, Then Sets Rumah on Fire!
Aiyo! Can you imagine? A fella in Muar is now facing some serious charges after allegedly injuring his own father and then, *tarik nafas*, setting their house ablaze! This isn't your typical mat rempit story, geng. Let's dive in.

According to ACP Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz, the Muar OCPD, the 32-year-old unemployed man allegedly went berserk at his family home in Kampung Tengah, Jalan Bakri around 9:43 am.
Apparently, before the *api* started, the suspect also allegedly whacked and whipped his poor 70-year-old father with a cane *and* a knife! Bapak had to be rushed to Hospital Muar for treatment. That's not cool, bro.
"Before the fire, the suspect also hit and whipped his father with a cane and a knife, and he has to be sent to Hospital Muar,"
The story gets wilder. Polis later *tangkap* the suspect, and guess what? He tested positive for *methamphetamine*! Double aiyo!
Adding to the mix, the OCPD also mentioned that the suspect might have mental health issues. This case is definitely more complicated than your average snatch theft.
Damages and Charges
Besides the poor old man getting injured, the fire also caused damage to a car and a motorcycle parked at the house. Kerugian (losses) all around!
The case is being investigated under Section 436 (mischief by fire) and Section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Penal Code. If found guilty, this fella could be spending a *long* time behind *jeriji besi* (bars).
Moral of the Story, Geng?
While this isn't exactly a motorcycle story, it's a stark reminder that things can go sideways real quick. If you or anyone you know is struggling with mental health or drug issues, please reach out for help. Don't become another headline, okay?
Stay safe on the roads, and keep your heads cool, everyone!
